Please secure all bookings with 50% deposit when booking on web site.  You should receive email confirmation within 30 minutes of booking.  If confirmation is not received please contact 024/87600.

Cancellations with less than seven days notice will result in your deposit being forfeited, even if you want to change dates, unless we can fill your original booking.  This is because it may be too late to fill the booking and others have been refused because the dates were reserved for you.

We do NOT allow ‘Stags’  ‘Hens’ or any drinking groups on the campsite even if it is just a few people, so please make enquiries by phone before you come over to camp or you may be refused access to the camp site when you arrive..

As we are a family site, we have a strict ‘SILENCE and NO ALCOHOL after 11 p.m. policy on the site.

Loud music is not allowed on the campsite, so please leave any device (radio, cd player) at home unless you have earphones!

Please notify a member of staff if any accident or breakage occur.

Please wash and put away your clean dishes in the communal area as others have to use it after you.

Please note we have a “No Pets” policy at the glamping site.  As you are aware the glamping area is located in close proximity to the Mini Zoo and we cannot allow any dogs or other animals to stay for this reason.
